We are also available to assist clients at adjudications and court where needed.

Philip holds diplomas in Law and Dispute Resolution and is a member of the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute of New Zealand. He is familiar with the NZ Building Code and its application with respect to weathertightness and construction remediation.
